ABOUT APEX
APEX is a systematic investment approach based on automated execution, disciplined risk management, operational transparency and economic alignment with the investing partner.
It means that investing is carried out by following predefined rules and parameters, with automation and risk management, instead of relying solely on discretionary decisions for each trade.
See Our approachThe minimum investment is USD 100.
Yes. APEX accepts new partners throughout the year. The 45-day rule only determines when withdrawal of your capital becomes available.

No. All investing involves risk. Automation seeks to bring consistency to execution and support risk management, but it does not eliminate the possibility of losses.
See Our approachAPEX works with predefined rules, automated execution and risk controls built into the system. Risk management is part of the strategy from the start.

The 45-day rule determines the first close at which you can request a withdrawal of your capital. If your deposit is approved between days 1 and 45 of the quarter, you can request a withdrawal of that capital at the close of the same quarter; from day 46, at the close of the following one. To withdraw capital, you need to request it.
See the 45-day rule guideCloses are quarterly and fall at the end of each calendar quarter.
See How it worksYou can withdraw everything, reinvest everything, or withdraw only the profits attributable to you. To withdraw capital, that contribution must be eligible under the 45-day rule. Partial withdrawals of capital are not available for now.
See How it worksIf you don't choose an option, your capital and any profits allocated to you are automatically reinvested.
See How it worksYou request a withdrawal from the dashboard 5 days before the corresponding quarterly close. If the withdrawal meets the applicable conditions, APEX pays it to the registered bank account or wallet on the day of the close.

At the corresponding close, the distributable profit is split 50% for the investing partner and 50% for APEX, subject to the High-Water Mark. The partner receives their 50% free of the company's expenses: APEX covers those expenses.
See How it worksIt is the individual reference level that prevents APEX from taking a share again on the mere recovery of previous losses. First the reference level is recovered; only new profit above it is again subject to the 50/50 split.
See How it worksIf your capital is below its current individual reference level, APEX does not take a share for recovering that loss. The 50/50 split applies again only to new profit above the corresponding High-Water Mark.

In your dashboard you can view your capital, performance, results of closed trades, reports, documentation and history. Where applicable, you can also access the referrals section.
See TransparencyResults are updated when trades are closed. The dashboard shows profits and losses from closed trades, not provisional results from trades that are still open.
See TransparencyYes. You can view the information and reports directly in your dashboard, with history since you joined.
See TransparencyThe dashboard shows 100% of the result of closed trades before the 50/50 split is applied. At the close, the partner's share and APEX's share are determined, subject to the High-Water Mark. That is why the visible result is not necessarily the partner's final profit.

See Historical resultsDrawdown measures the decline recorded from a previous peak to a subsequent low within a given period. It helps to understand historical declines, but it does not set a limit on future losses.

SECURITY
KYC and AML are identification and prevention checks. KYC verifies the partner's identity and AML helps prevent transactions linked to money laundering. Both are part of the process of joining APEX.
See Security and legal frameworkFor an individual, APEX may request full name, country, a PEP declaration, source of funds, proof of address, national ID or passport, and a bank account or wallet for withdrawals. KYC is also carried out and the onboarding documents are signed.
See Security and legal frameworkFirst, KYC is carried out through an external service. Then APEX reviews the partner's details and documents. Onboarding is validated when APEX approves the process and welcomes the partner. For the 45-day rule, what counts is the effective approval date of each deposit.
See Security and legal frameworkREFERRALS
It is a single-level referral program. If the referred partner earns a profit of their own after the split is applied and the High-Water Mark is respected, the person who referred them receives a benefit equal to 5% of that profit. APEX pays that benefit out of its own share, without reducing the referred partner's 50%.
See Referral programThe benefit may be credited at each of the referred partner's four consecutive quarterly closes, provided the partner has profits attributable to them. The first close after the partner joins counts as close 1; closes without profit also count toward the four, although no benefit is generated at those closes.
