How it works

Clear rules. A process you can follow.

From the moment you join to every close, APEX follows a defined process so you know what is happening, where you stand and what your options are.

01 · The journey

From start to finish.

  1. 01

    Onboarding

The process begins with the required documentation, identity verification and the applicable checks.

  2. 02

    Allocation

Once onboarding is complete, capital is allocated according to the operating rules and windows in effect.

  3. 03

    Management

The system executes automated strategies under predefined rules and risk management criteria.

  4. 04

    Monitoring

Throughout the process, you access your own dashboard to follow how your investment evolves and to view your reports.

  5. 05

    Close

At the corresponding cut-off, results are consolidated and you choose how to continue.

02 · The cycles

You can invest any day of the year.

APEX runs on quarterly cycles that follow one another continuously throughout the year. You can join at any time, without waiting for a new cycle to begin.

The clock shows the current quarter and its progress. Select Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4 to see the months and the close of each cycle.

Four cycles. Four closes a year.

Each cycle corresponds to a quarter. At the end of March, June, September and December, the corresponding close takes place: results are consolidated and the options for continuing are defined.

The cycles set the closes, not the moment you join. You can join throughout the year; the system continues within the corresponding quarterly cycle.

The rule defines when you can withdraw that capital.

03 · Partners, not clients

A model designed to align interests.

APEX works under a profit-sharing model.

The share is calculated on the profits for each close, according to the rules set out in the agreement.

At each close, the profit is distributed as follows:
50%INVESTING PARTNER
50%MANAGEMENT

No fixed fees. There are no maintenance or management charges.

04 · High-Water Mark

No second profit share on the same recovery.

The High-Water Mark uses the defined historical peak as the reference for calculating the profit share.

If there are prior losses, recovering them does not generate a new share for management until the corresponding reference level is exceeded.

This keeps the 50/50 model aligned over time.

05 · At the cut-off

You decide how to continue.

Withdraw capital + earnings

You end the corresponding participation by withdrawing capital and earnings.

Withdraw earnings only

You withdraw the corresponding earnings and keep your capital invested.

Continue

You keep capital and earnings invested under the applicable continuation arrangement.
